• Overview of the architectural vision and lifestyle offering

 

Vision Meeting

• Collaborative discussion of your wants, needs, and goals

  • Review pre-approved architectural image gallery to select style and direction

• Establish baseline scope and budget

• Preliminary Pricing Proposal based on your vision

2. Lot Selection

Lot Contract

• Execute an Offer to Purchase within 30 to 60 days of Professional Services Agreement

• Secure your homesite while continuing design discussions

3. Design & Dream Home Definition

Phase 1 – Professional Services Agreement (PSA)

• Remit initial non-refundable PSA deposit of $25,000 (applied towards down payment)

  • Bison design team works with architects to develop plans based on client goals

• Client meets with bison design team to make modifications to plans and elevations

• Update pricing proposal to reflect design direction and Additions

 

Lot Closing

• Close on your lot within 30 days of contract or simultaneously with construction loan

 

Phase 2 – Design & Engineering

• Finalize architectural plans, elevations, and engineering for bidding

• Review site-specific considerations: septic, grading, landscape, pool, impervious limits

• Refine pricing proposal based on finalized design

• Provided for early review and transparency

4. Permitting & Contract Execution

Construction Contract

• Finalize square footage fixed-price agreement and selection allowances

  • Swimming pool and patio areas

  • Saunas, spa and fitness areas

  • Theater rooms

  • A/V Technology

  • Sppliances

  • Landscaping

  • Furniture and finishes upon request

• Begin time-sensitive selections

 

Permitting

• Builder submits construction permits

 

Interior Design Kickoff

• Begin working with our design team on standardized interiors and finishes

  • Cabinet finishes, closets, doors (from pre-selected palette)

  • Hardwood floors

  • Stone and tile

  • Door hardware

  • Sinks and faucets

  • Lighting

5. Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction Meeting

• Meet your project manager to review the build schedule and communication process

• Receive access to the Buildertrend App to track progress, selections, and documents

6. Construction

Site Walk

• Review lot clearing, home placement, and site logistics

 

Construction Begins

• Foundation and framing

• On-site meetings for key milestones

• Electrical layout & av planning

• Fixture and lighting placement

• Hardscape layout

 

Homeowner Walkthrough

• Final review before move-in to ensure everything is as expected

 

Orientation Walkthrough

• Guided tour of your new home with instructions on systems and features

7. Post-Construction Service

30-Day Walkthrough

• Address any initial concerns and finalize minor touch-ups

 

1-Year Warranty Walkthrough

• Review performance, address any long-term issues, and complete final punch list
