2. Lot Selection
Lot Contract
• Execute an Offer to Purchase within 30 to 60 days of Professional Services Agreement
• Secure your homesite while continuing design discussions
3. Design & Dream Home Definition
Phase 1 – Professional Services Agreement (PSA)
• Remit initial non-refundable PSA deposit of $25,000 (applied towards down payment)

Bison design team works with architects to develop plans based on client goals
• Client meets with bison design team to make modifications to plans and elevations
• Update pricing proposal to reflect design direction and Additions
Lot Closing
• Close on your lot within 30 days of contract or simultaneously with construction loan
Phase 2 – Design & Engineering
• Finalize architectural plans, elevations, and engineering for bidding
• Review site-specific considerations: septic, grading, landscape, pool, impervious limits
• Refine pricing proposal based on finalized design
